SHIPPING & ORDERS

1. How long does shipping normally take?

US SHIPPING
Standard shipping takes 10-14 shipping days. Express shipping takes 3-9 shipping days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Depends on current shipping rates and customs processing time.

2. How long is your In-Transit Time to receive my package once my order has shipped?

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

3. Can I cancel my order or change my address?

We know just how much you want your order to arrive on time. Seconds after you place your order, it goes straight to our warehouse for processing so unfortunately, this means making changes to your order can often be difficult. If you contact our customer service team, with your order number and correct address, we can see where your order is, but we can not guarantee that your order will be cancelled or changed.

4. Where is my order?

As soon as your order is processed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or text with your tracking info so you can keep tabs on the delivery status.

5. The tracking info says that my package was delivered, but I never received it.

We advise that you check with your surrounding neighbors. If no one has seen your package, wait three business days, and then contact the carrier service. Depending on the courier, packages can sometimes be marked as delivered while in transit, so don't freak out! If you still haven't found/received your package, you can email our customer service team at info@homeconfort.store for assistance.

6. I received a faulty/wrong item in my package, what do I do?

We are very sorry to hear that you've received a faulty or incorrect item.

So we can rectify the issue ASAP, please shoot us a message at info@homeconfort.store with the following info: Your name, Your order number, Product name and/or code (this can be found on your order confirmation email) along with a Picture of the fault / incorrect item.

7. Where is my tracking number?

PLEASE ALLOW 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING.

If you have not received your order tracking number in the expected time window, please contact us, so we can give you an update on your order.

In rare cases, orders may be delayed due to holidays, backorders or natural disasters.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Can I exchange or return items?

We have a 7 day refund policy. If you placed an order and would like a refund, we will refund it if we have not shipped it out.

2. Where's my refund?

Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to appear on your statement.

3. Do you return the shipping charges?

We do not refund delivery charges on any orders.

4. My product arrived damaged.

We don't accept exchanges at this time, but we will send you a new product as a replacement if deemed the carrier's fault.

5. My order never arrived.

Sorry to hear that! In rare cases, a package may be lost or stolen.
